Paper Mario: The Origami King may not quite reach the outstanding greatness of the first part on N64. But with its lovingly design, its pleasant cast and its exciting puzzle-kind fighting system Intelligent System brings the Paper Mario series back into line. Ary and the Secret of Seasons benefits mostly from its great puzzles, the main characters and Disney-like cutscenes. There are some minor issues in the controls, and on the technical side it's not literally close to current gen standard. But it is worth and fun to play, and this is what really matters.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 + 2 is not only one of the best arcade sport simulations so far. The remake also the best arcady skateboarding sim of all times. The game maintains the quintessence of the series and combines it with contemporary graphics and potentially durable multiplayer modes.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning remains a good role-playing game with an extensive game world, hundreds of quest and a great storyline. The fighting system is still fun, and the remastered version looks much better than the original. There is a lack to current gen potential, some grinding and many generic sidequests. But the game is still worth to play, especially if you stick to the main quest.
