Waking Violet is a class 2D puzzle game that is frustratingly difficult, but so satisfying when you complete a puzzle. It'll give your mind a good workout.
I would recommend Waking Violet to anyone interested in puzzlers. Its mechanics provide enough unique challenges to get a couple hours of mind-bending game play. That, plus the artwork and design makes this game well worth it.
Although Waking Violet has really small production values, it solves these deficiencies with a very good puzzle design and an original proposal in some of its mechanics. Challenging and perfectly measured in every way, it will please both veterans and novices of the genre.
