Marvel Rivals' closed beta test is well underway and will run for almost two weeks. In the beta, players will have the opportunity to play with the game's full roster of Marvel heroes, including Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Scarlet Witch, across a variety of maps.

And, while there are already 21 confirmed characters for NetEase's upcoming hero shooter, players have just found references to two more potential additions.
With Marvel Rivals releasing as a free-to-play title, the expectation is that NetEase will continuously add characters and skins as the game evolves. Two of these new characters could have just been teased in the game's ongoing beta.
The first, Spider-Gwen, unsubtly appears on a giant drum kit found on the Spider Islands map. The kit is adorned in Gwen's famous pink and white, with a pair of familiar eyes and a "Gwen" sticker appearing on the bass drum.
With Spider-Man already in the game, some discussion has taken place online as to whether Gwen would be a skin for the Friendly Neighborhood Spider or whether she'll appear as a character in her own right. It wouldn't...
