B-PROJECT RYUSEI*FANTASIA is a visual novel that manages to compellingly discuss the drama of a vast group of boys acting as idols. Being an A&R and managing so many young talents through the plot's turbulences brings with it great insecurity in a story that stands out for its good development in the emotional side.

TSUKIHIME -A piece of blue glass moon- is an excellent visual novel with action, magic, and thriller elements that reimagines the classic according to its creator's current storytelling style. With beautiful animations and a high quality [Japanese] voice-acting effort, the game offers a deep dive into the fantastic universe planned by Kinoko Nasu and a retelling worth giving a try even for those who already know the original work.

With a simple gameplay and plenty of cute and funny moments, SPY×ANYA: Operation Memories captures a ton of the essence of the original series and delivers a soft and fun experience exclusively targeted to the SPY x FAMILY fans. Despite that, for people who evaluate the price of a game by its duration and content amount, it's worth caution. After all, even though it's fun and efficiently accomplishes its purpose, Operation Memories still is short, hardly dynamic, and has poor variety.

Tokyo Xanadu eX+ may have come late to the Switch but even seven years from its original release it manages to be as good as the more recent RPGs in the Nintendo console library.

Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD brings to the Switch a 3DS classic that deserves to be explored by new players. With a rewarding exploration scheme and a good variety of challenges, the title is a great addition to the system, but it could have received greater effort, such as more content, to enhance its return.

Two decades later, Beyond Good & Evil - 20th Anniversary Edition still is a pioneering, unique game. The scars of time are very noticeable and the need for a remake was bigger than a remaster but it's still a must as a narrative. Accompanied by a cutting-edge localization, interesting extras and the same old charismatic characters, it's one of the overlooked gems that shines the most in Ubisoft's catalog.

If it had better enemies, Megaton Musashi W: Wired would definitely stand out much more and could be seen as one of the big representatives of the genre. However, though that may not be the case, it's still worth checking out this interesting story and to spend some good hours customizing the giant machines.

Moonstone Island is certainly not among the best representatives of any of the genres it explores and may not be very appealing to those who are already very familiar with works of this type. However, it still manages to bring a fun adventure, ideal for those who want a more comfortable experience or are new to farming simulators, RPGs or deckbuilding.

As a fan of roguelites and turn-based combat games, Dicefolk surprised me very positively, quickly becoming an adventure that I would easily recommend to anyone who also enjoys these genres. Although some aspects such as the narrative and the relationship with the Chimeras are underused, it is difficult not to engage with its innovative combat system, especially given the vast number of possible combinations in each new game.

At the end of the day, this is one of the games that doesn't try to reinvent the wheel or appear more than the rest of its peers, but it also lacks a strong personality and a concrete reason for existing. It's difficult to recommend it to veteran players of the genre, as they may well get bored with the ease of the gameplay, but it's a strong recommendation for those who don't know turn-based RPGs, being a good entry point to discover better and unique games.

Radiant Tale -Fanfare- is a title clearly made for the original game fans. This work expands the narrative and keeps the qualities of Radiant Tale but doesn't manage to go much deeper in the experience. The end product is pleasant but not worth it for players who haven't already fallen for the original's charm.

Overall, NecroBouncer is a basic roguelite and doesn't try to be anything more. It avoids the mistake of forcing mechanics or situations beyond its scope, and that shows that many times the basic is enough. With simple mechanics, Alchemy Sheep's title is easy to learn and a great option for people who'd like to try out this type of game for the first time.

Morbid: Lords of Ire outlined great potential in its calls. I had never played a soulslike until two weeks ago; I confess that I didn't have the best of experiences, and Morbid contributed to that. Wrong decisions, especially technical ones, greatly affect the game's performance. Even with a somewhat interesting combat system, with combination options that add value, one positive point does not justify another nine (being very modest) negatives.

When we put the pros and cons on a scale, this is a software with more appeal to nostalgia and may hardly be interesting to the current generation due to the charming Sparkster games difficulty. At least, the bonus in Re-Sparked! nay attract those who are real fans of the opossum knight.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble shows Sega's care in continuing the refining of the series ever since its recent revival with remakes and compillations. The game is, without a doubt, the most polished so far, and adds new elements that don't deviate from the simple and undying premise of the franchise from the arcades. Some small performance issues exist, such as slow loading screens, but they don't hinder the overall experience too much.

Another Crab’s Treasure delivered exactly what I expected from it: a much more inclusive version of the typical soulslike when it comes to difficulty. Everything (or almost everything) in Kril's journey exhudes care: characters, gameplay, battle, exploration, main mechanics.... There are few elements that leave something to desire, no matter how small, and, as I mentioned in the previous topic, they hardly interfere in the final result - the exception is the game's performance on Switch's portable mode, which, as I said, I recommend avoiding.

Though it may err in aspects that can undermine the whole experience, Times & Galaxy is a game created to translate, even if in a simplified fashion, the daily circumstances in a newsroom and certain journalistic nuances to a sci-fi context accessible to a diverse public. With smart choices and a charismatic, colorful universe that feels alive, it's very hard not to immerse yourself in the journalist robot while looking for the best way to cover the facts.

The Land Beneath Us is a tactical roguelite that stands out with its creative system that attaches movement to attacks. The restrictions coming from the system demand a good planning and offer a pleasant challenge worth getting to know.

Despite some caveats, Biomutant provides an extremely interesting level of customization and a world worth exploring. However, as with other titles that weren't originally planned for the Switch, it's recommended that you try it on that platform only if you don't have the opportunity to play it on others.
