Outriders: Worldslayer offers more content and fast action fighting, which made the base game fun to play but struggles to find its story compelling.
Outriders Worldslayer doubles down on everything from the base game, both the good and the bad.
With an expanded endgame, new difficulty tiers, and new story content, Worldslayer adds a lot to Outriders, even if none of the additions are mind-blowing.
Outriders Worldslayer brings a fresh campaign and endgame to People Can Fly's game, but likely won't move the needle for those not already gripped by this third person looter shooter. The chaotic front-foot combat is fun, the boss battles challenging, and some of the weapons and abilities gloriously excessive, but many of the underlying flaws remain.
The Worldslayer expansion adds a lot of new gameplay mechanics but without enough new content to make it useful, making it a good expansion but doesn't justify its high price
