Journey Reviews
Its anecdotes function as mawkish indicators of social status, as the Internet crowd often forgets that being online is a privilege for more than a few.
A highly unusual and relaxing adventure that manages to tell the story of a journey without using a single word. The game is stunning and has a very unique visual style to it. The gameplay is simple, yet adequate for the style of game. It is a short experience that is unique and really stands out of other games in a similar genre. The lack of a narrative may turn some people off, but if you can deal with this, it is a game worth playing.
Journey's journey to the PC is a successful one, barring some minor technical issues. Between its incredible atmosphere and unique mechanics, this is one title worth exploring.
Great game, spectacular, unique and incredible atmosphere

If you are one of those who did not play it on PS3, you have before you a unique adventure of its kind, of those that without words says it all. And if you have it, thanks to the Cross-Buy you can enjoy it on PS4 without costs and with visual improvements. The remasters like that, YES.

Whether it's the uniquely cooperative aspect, the insanely beautiful environments, the music that blends seamlessly with the gameplay, or a combination of all of this, we can't give you a warmer recommendation than to set off an evening for Journey. Turn off your phone, close the curtains and put on headphones and immerse yourself in this unique video game, which you simply must have played once.

Journey is a unique, exhilarating and inspiring experience. I have been playing video games for over 30 years. In that time games have matured into a narrative medium capable of making you laugh, to cry, to fear to hate and maybe most impressive of all to mourn and to love. The medium when used effectively can inspire great emotion and spur great philosophical debate. Through active immersion games can easily enchant you in ways traditional passive media simply can’t. In a wonderful and impactful game such as Journey those memories and those experiences will haunt you long after the credits roll.
Still a great production. Not everyone will like it, but that does not mean that it is not worth the attention. An additional plus for the fact that having a PS3 version, we get a release on PS4 for free.

One of the only complaints this game has experienced from countless players is its length. If you're familiar with the controls, you could easily complete the game in just over an hour
Journey is a masterpiece, one that still holds up well years after it came out. It's indicative of the industry that there still doesn't feel like there's anything else like it. Many could call it the original walking simulator, but in reality, it was a game that proved that what we perceive as a game or not may be wildly wrong. It's hard to find an experience that can make being wrong so enjoyable.
The game is a spellbinding experience that really is a credit to its medium.
A prettier, smoother version of a classic
It hasn't lost any of its fascination - but only for those who haven't played it yet.

A tremendous title on PS3, Journey is even better on PS4 thanks to a better resolution, improved frame rate, and sharper textures.
Journey offers us a different vision of the video game that rocks our daily lives. The arrival of the 1080P coupled with the 60FPS works wonders and the support of the Cross-Buy function is a major asset to convince PS3 players. For newcomers to the PlayStation universe, Journey and one of the best games to illustrate the spirit of originality that drives Sony and allows it to give its chance to projects apart.

Whether you played and enjoyed Journey before or are curious to see what the fuss is all about, the PS4 version provides a great excuse to experience one of PSN's greatest titles for a first or second time.
This is interactive art. This is how it's done.
With the addition of Journey, the PlayStation 4 library has gotten a heck of a lot more special. If October's Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection manages to avoid being a technical disaster, this will mean that Sony's latest console will have five of the most incredible PlayStation 3 titles available for purchase if you include both this and The Last of Us Remastered.
A beautiful journey, unparalleled in the history of the video game.
