Tetris Effect gets the multiplayer of its dreams with four delightful modes
Arguably the definitive version of one of the most famous, and enduring, video games in history, with some very welcome new multiplayer features.
Tetris Effect: Connected extends the magic of the original to multiplayer in familiar and innovative ways.
I thought I had seen it all with Tetris 99, so I’m really impressed to see how the brand keeps moving forward and giving us new things to try out. I’m not sure how the hardcore Tetris masters are going to feel about this one, but for a casual fan like me, this is about as good as it gets.
A perfect port for a perfect game, Tetris Effect: Connected it's the best puzzle video game ever created, transformed into an experience fo the senses. An absolute must have.

Perhaps not <em>quite<em> as transcendental as it is in VR, Tetris Effect: Connected remains an incredible, visionary piece of work, that you can now experience with others. With its arrival on Xbox Series X, it can be a game for a new generation.
Plain and simple, the best Tetris incarnation currently available. Now with new interesting multiplayer modes.

Though it may harbor the same delightful and immersive single-player offerings as the 2018 original, there's no doubting that the online and competitive expansion to Tetris Effect has only heightened Resonair's work evermore.
